If you need help with the Three Rings service, you should follow the steps listed below:

  1. Contact your local support volunteers. The fastest and best way to get help is to get in touch with the support volunteers at your organisation. You can find out who these people are by using Three Rings. Click on the "Help" link near the top-right of the screen, after you've logged in to Three Rings, and then click the "I need more help" link. You'll be told who to get in touch with.
  2. Contact Three Rings. If you can't get in touch with your local support people (e.g. you can't log in) or you are a support person, get in touch with Three Rings technical support by filling in the contact form.

Note that for security reasons, the Three Rings technical support team are not able to reset forgotten passwords except where the account belongs to the last remaining administrative volunteer.
