The following organisations are already benefitting from Three Rings:

Nightline

University Nightlines

Since 2002, Three Rings has been offered completely free-of-charge to all University Nightlines affiliated with National Nightline, and over half of affiliated Nightlines now take advantage of the service. It's also available at a very economical rate to non-affiliated Nightlines, Nitelines, Linklines, and other support services run by student volunteers.

Within Nightlines, which are typically composed of younger and more computer-confident volunteers, adopting Three Rings is simple: just point your team at it and let them go! Three Rings doesn't require any special training and works just about anywhere — from Nightline offices to study bedrooms, workstation rooms to mobile phones — your volunteers will never be out-of-the-loop.

Samaritans

Samaritans

Three Rings provides the ideal platform to streamline the administration of a Samaritans branch. By providing a solution that fits in with your existing way of working — yet also providing valuable extra features — Three Rings transforms the grind of gap-filling and commitment-tracking into a breeze.

In addition, Three Rings provides a means of co-operation: not only between volunteers within a branch, but also between branches. The Three Rings service makes it possible to collaborate with your region and with neighbouring branches in a seamless and simple way.

Our Area of Expertise

We've selected the two organisations listed above as the primary focus for the features that Three Rings will provide. By targetting the needs of these few, we're able to offer an unparalleled level of expertise and specialisation into the specific requirements that Nightlines and Samaritans branches have.

More than that, every single member of the Three Rings team is, or has been, a listening volunteer at one or both of these organisations. We'd like to think that we understand the specific challenges faced by these helplines better than just about anybody.

But that's not to say that Three Rings can't be of use to other helplines, too. Take a look at the features that the Three Rings service provides, and get in touch if you'd like to talk about the specific requirements of your organisation.
